There is an easy answer here. Most professionals charge you an hourly rate plus an itemized list with prices for parts, travel, and misc. We don’t mark-up the price of parts since we didn’t make them. You are charged for the time to complete the project plus our cost for any parts needed. If you want to save money, when possible, buy your sink faucet fixture, ceiling fan with mounting hardware, dishwasher or garbage disposal before we arrive. That can save you probably an hour or more in time/labor.

Our rate is $30.00 per hour plus cost of parts for most projects or minor repairs. A formal quote will be provided for large projects like: exterior house painting, fence installation, deck building, rebuilds or major rehabilitation, tree felling and removal.
